Jeff Henderson from Cocaine to Cooked
Jeff Henderson is an American chef, writer, and inspirational speaker. He is also a felon getting arrested in 1987 for intent to distribute. He worked in the kitchen while in prison. When he was released he went straight to work in a restaurant though only being hired as a dishwasher. In 2001, he was named Las Vegas' Chef of the Year. He published his autobiography Cooked in 2007 and was named Role Model of the Year in 2009.
